Warm most of the year. Rain and flood nights are late year, not a long monsoon.

Who this is for
By day it is lantern streets and a town small enough to walk. Pretty. That is the whole offer, and it is real if pretty is what you actually wanted. You live in a small place on purpose. You do not need a skyline. You need a street you can cross without a plan.
Flood nights are real. Internet is mixed. There is no real coworking. The airport is a 45β60 minute drive to Da Nang, every time you fly. The postcard old town is not where a normal month lives. If you needed a desk, a fiber month, or a flight at the end of the street, this town will feel stuck.
