Relocate Asia

The month it costs, and how the city actually feels.

If you live on income that isn’t from the local economy, you belong here. Same 30-day question.

We start in Vietnam. Built to grow across Asia, one finished city at a time.

More than the number

Pace, weather, who you’ll run into.

The dollar is the start. On the card: weather, density, English, safety when we have it, and the catch — which neighborhood the number actually buys. Open a city for pace and lifestyle: same month, tighter or nicer.

The number

Cheap-but-not-miserable. Not a score.

The card is a 30-day solo stay: a 1BR at a monthly rate, outside the tourist core. Local meals, some Western. Scooter or Grab. Utilities. A local SIM.

That is not a hotel week, a scraped average, or a ranking. Need it tighter or nicer? The slider on a city page is the same month, stretched or squeezed. Same ingredients.

Flights, health insurance, visa-run costs, and sightseeing sit outside the number.

Honest

If we don’t know it, it isn’t there.

Unknown fields are hidden. We don’t fill a hole with a placeholder zero, a guessed average, or a blank that could be read as $0. There is no composite rank and no star rating.

Internet is yes, mixed, or no — not a fake Mbps that changes by building and week.

Visa is Vietnam’s 90-day e-visa, the same country note on every city. We don’t invent a per-city visa score.

No digital nomad visa as of 2026. Standard path is the 90-day e-visa (~$25 single / $50 multiple, all nationalities), not extendable in-country. Remote work for a foreign employer is a legal grey zone.

Now

Six Vietnam cities. Then we grow.

We put a city up when it’s finished, not to make the list look long. Asia is the horizon, not a promise of forty thin rows.

  • Ho Chi Minh City
  • Hanoi
  • Da Nang
  • Hoi An
  • Nha Trang
  • Da Lat

These numbers move.

We’ll email you when a city’s 30-day cost actually changes. That’s the whole list.
